Because the Bylaws can only be changed by a formal vote of the Association's membership, this page is protected from editing by anyone except the site Administrators. This is one of the few exceptions to our open-editing model for the club's wiki.

If you would like to propose a change to the bylaws, please post it below. We can discuss it here and will forward all good-faith suggestions to the membership.
